    Re-launch Simply Energy with a deeper energy partnership offering for customers to elevate the brand above its competitors in a price sensitive market.

    Energy is an incredibly competitive and price-sensitive market, but research showed people want more from their energy supplier: they want alternate energy solutions and ongoing advice.

    We saw an opportunity to position Simply Energy as everyone’s helpful energy partner, but we couldn’t ignore the reality that retail offers are an important and ongoing sales pillar of this sector.

  • THE IDEA

    A new tagline of ‘Energy that works with you’ was brought to life by three animated characters that helped Simply Energy customers in their homes with energy solutions.

  • THE CHANGE

    Since its full launch in April, across TV, digital, OOH and brand activations, Simply Energy has comfortably exceeded projected sales targets with customer growth exceeding 10%
